This Return Policy applies to physical and digital products purchased from Flexmotion through flexmotion.world or via direct inquiry.
Return Window
You may return eligible physical products within thirty (30) days of delivery for a refund or exchange. The return period begins on the date you receive the item.
Eligible Items
Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all included materials. Items showing signs of use, writing, or damage may not qualify for a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
- Digital downloads after the file has been accessed or delivered.
- Products marked as final sale at the time of purchase.
- Items returned without proof of purchase.

Include your order number, the product name, and the reason for the return. We will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return authorization reference.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, such as sending the wrong item or a defective product. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is our fault.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within five to ten business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times from your bank or card issuer may vary.
Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange for the same product or a different item of equal value, indicate this in your return request. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within seven (7) days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
